Thanks for everyone’s help in finding me some babies!  I’m full for now.  Look for 2 sets of twins and another beautiful baby girl on my blog in the next month or so!

I am having model casting calls to build up my portfolio!  First up, I’m looking for newborns!  Anyone that is due to have their babies between March 27th and April 25th, contact me as soon as possible, and spread the word if you know anyone that fits!  These sessions must be held in the first 10 days after birth to ensure the squishy and yummy baby pictures I’m looking for.  You will receive a free session, a complimentary 8×10 and (2) 5×7 prints in exchange for a model release form so I can use those images on my website.  Having multiples?  I’ll double (or triple!)  the free prints.  I will be doing 2 to 3 free sessions for this age group, so keep in mind I won’t be able to provide sessions for everyone that requests one.  Email me:  kellibramble@gmail.com

So, I promised a good story along with this post, and I’ve got one.  I just hope I can do it justice.

So, at the start of our shoot, we’re lugging around a chair, an umbrella, and a huge load of clothes/accessories for the shoot.  As we got done with the family session, he realized that this hat was gone, even tracing back to everywhere we had been to see where it dropped, with no luck.  So, feeling a little defeated, we went into the Gateway to get a drink before we started their couples pictures.  I was standing there with his wife, chit chatting about the Orange Julius across the way, and they decided to go get one.  Along the way, guess what he spotted.  Yep, his hat.  Some guy had it sitting on the table next to him.  Nick went up and asked if the guy had found it, and the guy said “Yep…Is it yours?”.  Yes, the hat was his.   It was fate.

I think I’m the worst title-maker-upper ever.  Anyway, went to shoot this awesome family downtown this week…We did something new that I totally loved because it worked out so well.  We got all the family shots in, each child, then they had someone come and pick up their kids and we went to get just the 2 of them.  It was perfect!  We got some great shots of just mom and dad.   Part Two of this session with those shots will be coming shortly…and it has a fantastic story along with it, so stay tuned!
