When Jenn contacted me to do a photoshoot, I was SO excited to hear from her.  We knew each other from high school, where we danced together…Mostly I just watched Jenn in amazement, but that’s another story.  It’s always fun to see people from your past again after so long…her with her 2 cute little girls, what a darling family….Time really does just fly by, doesn’t it.

So Jenn, it was great to see you again, and here’s your sneek peak!

To say Mr. R was not really sure about me and my big black camera would be an understatement!  Good thing daddy showed up with his super cool motorcycle and helped me coax some smiles out of this little guy!  Isn’t he the cutest thing??

I met this cute family downtown this past week…another family that said they haven’t had family pictures done in a long time, and I am happy to provide.  In fact, since I keep preaching about how important it is to get family pictures, I have a session scheduled next week with the fabulous Heather Mickey to do ours.  I’m so excited!

Anyway, this family was SO cute and their little girls were SO good and just adorable…What a different little world little girls live in!

Here’s your sneak peek!

When I asked these two lovebirds how they met, I was met with a few giggles, then the story of the first kiss at 15, dating on and off through high school.  Parker then went on a mission and soon after he came back, he took her to a special spot up American Fork Canyon and proposed…they just knew they were meant to be.

So, thanks to Megan and Parker, and I can’t wait to shoot your wedding in August!  Here is your sneak peek, some of my favorites from the session.

Special thanks to Studio Enizio for doing a fabulous job with Megan’s hair and makeup.

I have been so excited to share this, something that has been in the works for a long time…I am now happy to introduce the Home Movie Spectacular!!  You’re all dressed up, ready to have a good time together..what better time to document your beautiful family?

I’ve paired up with videographer Aubrey from AubMarie Productions and we had been looking for a perfect example to introduce this new idea…then I thought of my friend Joy.  Joy is a fabulous photographer from Indiana that just happened to be visiting our area soon (www.joyalicephotography.com).  During one of our late night chats, I explained my “vision” to Joy, and she was all game!

When the day came at last, we set out, only to be completely dumped on by the rain!! (Seriously, when has it ever rained this much in Utah…in June!)  So, we sat in the cars, keeping the little ones content with fruit snacks.  When the rain finally cleared, we went out and it was perfect.  They walked, chatted, read books and played tea party.  Just beautiful moments shared between mama and her babes.   As I left that day, I thanked my lucky stars to be doing what I’m doing…This is what it’s all about.

To book one of these sessions, contact me as soon as possible!  I’m booked through June, with a few openings left in July.  I would love to document your family doing what you love to do, so email me with your ideas, and we’ll make it happen!  The fee for these types of sessions will be $350, which includes the session fee for the videographer and me and a $150 print credit…She will then give you a DVD of the video that she makes, included in the price.  If you end up wanting extra copies, they will be an additional $10.00 each.

Anyway, enough of that mumbo jumbo…enjoy!
